The restaurant food gets 5 stars but who cares about food when the service sucks. Let me be clear this relates more to the lounge than restaurant. My family and I celebrate our mother's birthday there Friday night. It was about 15-20 of us with one underage teen. This teen attends the lounge every Thursday for line dancing in the lounge with no problem. She was told that as long as she has a guardian she is allowed in that area. Friday night after 9:30 the bartender stated she couldn't be in there per Owner. Now this may be correct but here is my problem...1) It's now what you say bit how you say it. This man was rude very unnecessarily! 2) Is the lounge a club? If so then club rules need to be clearly posted. We are not rule breakers so if there is something that states she wouldn't be allowed after 9:30 we wouldn't have any argument. 3) GET ON THE SAME PAGE! She had 1 chaperone per several kids for line dancing after 9:30 on Thursday but 19 chaperones for 1 child wasn't enough on Friday?! We are highly disappointed in the lack of proper notification and accountability. Did know this company is in the business for making a child cry because she felt she ruined her grandmother's birthday.

If I could give it zero star I would. Me and my boo went for Valentine's day 2024 around 12 noon and it was not an experience that I enjoyed. For starters, we waited at the table with no guidance of what to do. No drinks was bought out to our table and we sat ourselves. Finally we decided to go the the buffet bar which was nothing to brag about and the waitress took our drink orders from there while we were making our plates. The food is zero stars if you come from a cooking family or you are able to cook decent meals at home. The best thing was the sweet tea and the salad bar. We asked the hostess for change so we could tip the waitress and the hostess was rude and unbothered. She did not say thank you she was very uncourteous during check out as well. A waste of $37. I would feed my pet better food. Definitely zero stars will not be returning or recommending this place. Also we came from Florence to get a different experience and we fell on our faces with this one.

I regret finding this gem only two months before my departure; I should have savored its delights much earlier. The culinary experience is truly outstanding, with standouts like the delectable pork chop, vibrant greens, and irresistible mac and cheese. The impeccable service remains consistent, whether I'm enjoying a meal with family or sharing the experience with co-workers.
