Same old same old
Tonight was a roller coaster of emotions (not very good ones) but still gotta eat, right? “Guess we’ll go to Wendy’s cause it’s the only thing open beside McDonald’s.” WOW. Just wow. The welcome I got from key changed my night right then. Right there: customer has returned to Sumter South Carolina. And his name is Key! Take notes boys. Thank you key for making me feel like a guest at a restaurant you’re proud of instead of an inconvenience that you had to deal with.

This location cannot be serious...do not waste your time and just go to McDonald's. You think maybe it'll be better next but no...no it won't.

Wendy’s is a small restaurant that has been visited several times, both dine in and drive thru. The food service and cleanliness of the dine in area have been more than satisfying. Service is fine and the food is tasty. A Single w/ chili was ordered, and the taste was fine, but the chili had too much broth and was lacking in meat / beans. The chili component ratio needs to be fixed. The restaurant can be inconsistent: one day a good sandwich, the next completely different, with regular tomato or chopped tomato, a perfect amount of mayo or a whole container, someone ready on the register or no one there. It is cold inside, and half the drinks on the machine do not work, with no sugar free and all unavailable. One day spoons, then no spoons. The welcome from key changed the night, making a customer feel like a guest at a restaurant to be proud of instead of an inconvenience. The customer has returned to Sumter South Carolina.
