IYKYK - We had an absolutely fabulous dinner at Southside Grill with Rick & Mimi Mckee tonight. It was rushed trying to cover 50 years worth of memories in one evening.
If you are visiting the Myrtle Beach area, I highly recommend the Southside Grill in Murrells Inlet. Without a doubt, this was the best meal we have had in the area. A bit of the ‘BURGH at the BEACH! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We ate dinner here tonight after looking for somewhere close with good reviews, we were not disappointed! I can’t wait to try my chocolate turtle cheesecake tonight 🤗 Great food, amazing service!
Our “go to” restaurant for trips to Garden City - so good that we are there 2 of the 4 nights in town. Delicious grilled shrimp, lightly fried Grouper, and the most wonderful fried baked potatoes! And can’t go without mentioning the homemade desserts.
Seems to be the place for locals to dine, but we were welcomed with open arms. Most everyone working there is family or close friends of the family.

Southside Grill is a family-friendly restaurant that offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for both locals and out-of-towners. The menu features a variety of delicious options, such as the Pittsburgher sandwich, pierogi appetizer, and grilled or fried seafood platters, as well as an award-winning carrot cake for dessert. The food is better than most fine dining, with outstanding options like stuffed mushrooms, ribeye, baked potato, and banana cream pie. The ribeye is one of the best anywhere, a perfect cut. The Hamburger steak is also fantastic and everything is really fresh. This place has it all: great food at a great price and is not a tourist trap. The service is top notch and the homemade carrot cake is really delicious. A bit of the ‘BURGH at the BEACH, it’s a must-visit in the Myrtle Beach area.
