Based on the reviews, The Cup and Cone is a great ice cream shop in Surfside with a great selection of ice cream flavors and specialty sundaes. The ice cream is outstanding, fresh, handmade, creamy, and flavor full. The waffle cones and cups are made fresh, and one scoop fits perfectly in the waffle cone. The menu is cool, and the variety is great. The shop is cute and a very tasty stop. The owners and staff are nice and amazing. It is the best ice cream found in the area.
