“Yo, I'm from New York where Chinese food is poppin. This by far is the best Chinese food in the upstate. Like, every Chinese food restaurant has been dog food until I found this place. I have to drive 20 minutes to get here from my place. I don't care, this the spot. Kinda pricey though, but it's worth it, feel me? And another thing, it's called fried dumplings, not pot stickers.“

“This place is a surprise to me. It looks like a typical Chinese restaurant, but honestly it’s probably the best Chinese you can get in Greenville. It stinks you can’t eat inside, but the price, quantity, and quality more than make up for this. Highly recommend.“

“Food and service was great. Plenty of options and all fresh. My only negative is that the restaurant charges 3% to use a credit card. While I guess it's "legal," I believe it's bad business. It's a business expense that customers shouldn't have to pay for, IMO.“

“If you want authentic Chinese food then this is the spot for you. It’s what we call a hole in the wall but that just means the food is good. They are located across from Greenville Tech on S. Pleasantburg. My daughter was the first one to bring food home from here and we said we will never go to another Chinese restaurant again. We are originally from California and there are handfuls of Chinese restaurants in every city there. We have been out here for about 6.5 years and have tried many places but this spot is it. Everything that they make is fresh to order and each time we go we always try something new and we have not been disappointed. We love the service that we get here and they always say thank you when we leave. Next time you want authentic Chinese food and you are in the area, stop in and order your favorite dish.“

“Tried Grand China for the first time last night and I am so glad to have finally found a good Chinese take out in the upstate. We ordered the pepper steak and the Mongolian beef dinner combos as well as an order of sweet & sour chicken. They were delicious and the portions were huge! Even the crab Rangoon and egg rolls were tasty. However, we weren’t a fan of the pork fried rice…. So I’d sub it out for white rice next time. 10/10 recommend!“

“5 Stars - Exceptional Dining Experience
My wife and I visited Lieu’s Asian Bistro last night, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! We hadn’t been in a while, but from the moment we walked in, we were promptly seated and reminded why we’ve always enjoyed this gem.
I wasn’t feeling 100%, so I opted for a ginger ale with bitters and a water with three lemons (my go-to drink), while my wife had sweet tea. We started with the Miso and Wonton soups alongside the Spring Rolls, which were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. My wife noted a surprise bit of chicken in her miso soup but still found it delicious.
For our entrées, my wife chose the Pan-Fried Chilean Sea Bass with ginger, scallions, and a sweet soy glaze over a bed of spinach, served with white rice. She said it was cooked to absolute perfection—easily the best in the Upstate! I had the Shrimp & Scallops with snow peas, shiitake mushrooms, and a delicate white wine sauce. It was equally phenomenal.
We were so satisfied that we had no room for dessert, though my wife has her sea bass leftovers to enjoy later. I had only a little left on my plate because it was just that good.
The service was prompt and attentive, making our dining experience seamless. My only minor suggestion would be a decor refresh to brighten the interior and update the dining area, but I know that’s a big undertaking.
The food, however, is perfection and needs no changes. Lieu’s remains a hidden culinary treasure—fabulous food and a fabulous experience! 5 stars!“

“I’ve eaten here three times in the last week, quick service, great food. I always takeout and only order for myself, so it’s super fast. Reasonable prices, delicious. I’ve never left a review for a restaurant before so that should say “

“I stopped here for the first time ever. It's no longer a buffet, thanks to covid closings but at least there's take out.
I ordered a pork fried egg roll, pork fried rice and crab rangoons.
Service was pleasant and very fast.
Food was very, very good! The rice is loaded with pieces of roast pork and it's tender, flavorful fried rice. The crab rangoons are huge, very crabby flavor and crispy while the sauce was acceptable. My eggroll was the disappointment because it didn't have anything other than vegetables in it ( I think the order taker may not have understood me) but it is an excellent eggroll in flavor and crispiness otherwise. In fact, I'd order it again anyway.
I'll definitely stop in again and order again. I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“This was our first time trying Asian Garden. The place is small and used primarily for take out, but we dined in. The staff were very friendly and added extra spice to my Szechwan Beef as I requested. It had the perfect heat. My wife had the Chicken and Cashews. She loved hers as well. I wish their lunch specials were served with soup and/or egg roll. In the future, whenever we are on this side of town we will make sure we stop by to dine in or take out.“

“How have I missed this place?
I have driven by Best Wings on Wade Hampton innumerable times and never stopoed. Thank goodness for Google reviews or I may never have tried it.
Multiple flavor options. Every flavor we tried was delicious and loved by all.
Also, the wings are huge.
The interior dining is a little dated, but the food is top notch.
I look forward to returning here many more times.“

“Out of all the Chinese places I've eaten in SC (reviews to come) First Wok tasted the closest to Chinese food yet. I just don't get the obsession with spaghetti noodles. I ordered Lo Mein. Their fried rice was actually fried rice and not just rice that was flavored with "stuff" mixed into it. My only real complaint, aside from the noodles, is the man who took my order and my cash wasn't very pleasant and I felt more like a burden than a guest. All in all, I will be ordering here again, just not what they call Lo Mein.“

“The only real issue I have with this restaurant is the fact that 3 days after the ice storm there was still an exceptional amount of ice in the parking lot making it quite dangerous for customers to exit and then re-enter their vehicles but the food was amazing and service was great“

“I absolutely adore the place. This family-run restaurant makes wonderful food that never disappoints, and the people are always ready with a smile. My all-time go-to Chinese place for sure. I try to get something new every so often and it's easy to do since their menu has so many options! A few of my favorites though are the Hunan Chicken, Sautéed Broccoli, and Beef Fried Rice“
