“I recently visited Crumbl Cookies and was blown away by how delicious their cookies are! Each one is fresh, warm, and packed with flavor. The rotating menu keeps things exciting, and I loved trying new flavors alongside some of their classic cookies. The quality and taste are truly top-notch, and it’s hard to leave without taking a box home.
However, the staff experience wasn’t as sweet as the cookies. While they got my order right, they didn’t seem very welcoming or enthusiastic, and it felt a bit rushed at the counter. A little more friendliness would have made the visit perfect.
Overall, the cookies are absolutely worth it, and I’ll definitely be back for the treats—they’re just that good! I hope the staff experience improves to match the quality of the cookies.“

“I went to a Crumble store (In Greer) for the very first time to get some birthday cookies. I don't know the the young man's name (I believe he was the manager) but I want to give him 5 stars for being so helpful, so kind and patient with me. He went into detail on how to order, how to order things in the future, how cookies were made in house and even gave me a sample. The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Well done Greer Crumble! I will absolutely make more cookie purchases from this store and more than likely this store alone because of the employees.“

“It was a wonderful surprise to see a favorite treat from Japan here in Greenville, SC! The pastries are absolutely delicious and I love all of the different flavor variations. The service was a bit slow, due to there being only one employee while we were there, but they are worth the wait.“

“It’s such a great place. The snoballs are perfect! And they have so many options. And what I loge is that they have things for the kids to do like corn hole, hula hoops, and a little slide for little kids. It’s a great overall experience.“

“I cam by real late… like 2 minutes before they closed and I still got the best service which is hard in Greer. The gooey butter cake is so good and the lady taking our order, I think her name was Azalea, she was so patient for our first time“

“That vegan warm chocolate brownie cookie is a must! Right amount of sweetness that you can enjoy more that one. Chocolate chip cookie and the sugar one with ice cream. 😋 I didn't know that there were more locations. Now Insomnia cookies is another of my spots.“
