I usually don’t post reviews, but I live in Taylors and Dutch bros is a hidden gem. Their coffee is always fresh and the baristas are very intentional about each order. My barista even gave me a complimentary dog treat bowl with whipped cream to take home for my dog! Also very unfussy, as most seasoned coffee drinkers don’t care about ornamental fluff - they just want their coffee. Cute quote on the lid too. 10/10
Best customer service of any coffee shop in town A+++ Coffee is great too but these days customer service is gone at most places
I love the ladies at this Dutch bros there all so sweet and talk to me while I wait they are all sweetheart

The team is always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see customers. They have even learned names and usual orders, which makes every visit feel personal. The coffee is always delicious, made exactly right, and consistently on point. The staff acts like they enjoy making drinks. Customers have enjoyed anything ordered. They probably need a little better signage because they are kind of tucked away.
One first-time visitor with a dairy allergy found the crew very patient and happy to help navigate the menu, with cheerful crew, fast service, and great coffee. The employees are literally the nicest ever. One was at the cash register and talked the whole time, was so inviting and so nice, and gave a daughter a bunch of stickers. The customer service is simply the very best at any fast coffee shop. The staff was so friendly, kind, and complementing. This will definitely be a weekly stop after the gym for protein coffee.
