Came in during a special they had going on and it was really really busy and they only had 3 employees working. Got home order wasn’t correct and called back. Brandon was so kind when I called back and told him my order wasn’t correct and apologized and I came back next day and spoke with Katherine and she was nothing short of sweet. She fixed me and my daughter’s order and made it right. Will definitely be coming back. They did the best they could with the help they did...

Went to Firehouse last night got take out.These were the worst subs we have ever got there.The bread was ice cold and had so much mayonnaise on them that you could not keep then togetherMy son got a spicy chicken and the chicken was cold was never heated and we got no pickles.I guess I'll have to go back to Greer to get a good sandich.
