“Such a great spot in Tega Cay and Fort Mill, SC, for both lunch and dinner! We come here often because the food is consistently delicious and the service is always fantastic. The menu offers plenty of options to suit any taste, and the warm, cozy décor makes it a perfect place for casual outings with friends, family dinners, or even a business meeting.“

Veggies and meats always come out perfect, fried rice is good, house ginger sauce is really good, and japanese onion soup is always cloudy and flavorful like it should be, not clear and bland. Best part is i usually get 3 dishes for under $20, but yesterday I just got soup, side of fried rice, and a full belly for $6. You cannot beat the prices paired with the consistently delicious food made to order.“

“Went there for my birthday yesterday , great food and presentation, waiter Alec or Alex was perfect , I counted 5 people who came to our table bringing food, drinks appetizers , checking in etc , drinks never ran out , food was timely. Can’t say enough how great they were, hostess was a little blah , but everything else was above any beyond , they even had a birth day card on table as we sat, (wife booked and on open table and also spoke with them on the phone to make sore they had the ousters( yes their charbroiled oysters are amazing ( as good as acme but with their own take on them) thank you again kounter , we will be back“

“Hidden gem. We almost tried everything on the menu. Beef empanada, chicken arepa’s, fish taco, steak taco, carne asada fries, rice & beans, guacamole and all the salsas. They have a salsa bar with about 6 different salsas with varying degrees of heat. I like spicy but just their mild was so flavorful. I will be back!“

“My family was going through bereavement and we just needed to get together and enjoy one another. We laugh through our pain so we decided on a cousins outing at Captain Steve. When I tell you that staff was simply amazing. Our waitress (Tay & Jordan) didn’t miss a beat and they participated in our foolishness 🤣 We were laughing loud and my sister acts crazy when she’s hungry 🤦🏾‍♀️🤭 and they even laughed with us at her. They even took pictures of us (Jordan even stood in the chair to get a photo 🤣 I say all that to say, They didn’t know what me and my cousins were dealing with but they provided the best service and WE THANK THEM!!! Ppl don’t have to be nice to you so when they do, so your appreciation 🫶🏾❤️“

We called the restaurant to figure out what happened, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He personally remade the order and delivered it himself, and even gave us free drinks! Not only did they respond within the hour, when I got there, they came out multiple times and made me feel like a appreciation customer. They have a beautiful bar and seating area indoors and can open a large bay door to their patio. Walking distance to Winthrop! Follow them so you don’t miss what’s happening. “My family and I have been several times. We absolutely LOVE the scicilian pizza! They do tend to be very busy around dinner time so either go a little early or be prepared to wait for one of there first come first serve tables. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful each time we are there. The restaurant is always clean and they do clean off vacated tables quickly so tge next party can sit and eat. We will definitely be returning!“

“The food quality and flavors at this restaurant are excellent. I visited for the weekend buffet breakfast and was very pleased with the variety and taste of the dishes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable.

The only downside was the use of Styrofoam bowls and cups for hot food and beverages. Styrofoam is not only harmful to the environment, but it’s also not ideal for health — especially when used with hot foods and drinks. It would be much better if the restaurant considered compostable or other alternatives.

Overall, a great dining experience with amazing food. I hope management will look into more eco-friendly and health-friendly serving options.“
