“My hubby and I just ate there for lunch. Caroline was our server and she was great! My husband and I both got burritos and they were huge. The food was very tasty. We got chips and salsa too and they were also great. We will definitely be back. They were also playing 90’s music which was a plus.“

“I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely go back! I had the chile relleno and a fish taco with watermelon pico—both were flavorful and absolutely delicious. My friend tried the guacamole, but we both agreed it tasted more like a store-bought version than something freshly made.
We each ordered the spicy margarita. It was a bit too hot for my friend, but I loved it—it had the perfect balance of heat and a great smoky flavor.
The atmosphere reminded me of a high-end food court, casual but stylish. The bar area stood out as especially nice, and the bartenders were super friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great spot for tasty food and solid drinks at a decent price.“

“I honestly can’t get enough! FRESH AND SO FLAVORFUL but not overpowering. Everything I have had is incredible but I do have to say that the pazole has to be my absolute favorite dish they serve. Wonderful atmosphere and staff, the cutest little place around!“

“Staff is always nice upbeat and ready to serve. It feels like they love each customer that walks in the door and their food is excellent. I haven’t gotten a single item that I did not like they have everything you can think of from larger plates to smaller à la carte they even have desserts! I highly recommend the churros and Lola’s Turon (not pictured but did get on a previous visit) Also the Lola’s Lumpia is probably one of my favorites and literally the only place I know of where I can get lumpia!“

“They offer authentic Mexican food. Pricing is pretty reasonable. Food is delicious I always get the chicharron quesadillas which are in my opinion the best. Pretty busy on weekend mornings at times we'd have to wait a little over 45 minutes to get our food after ordering but doesn't happen too often.“

“We were visiting the area and needed a last minute catering. Put our meal together in 30 minutes and was so nice. Told us how much we needed and even gave us three tacos for free. Food and service were amazing.“

“Owner was there by himself, it was my first time with my wife, food was amazing, guacamole on point, spicy chicken burrito in a spinach wrap burning my face off, Coca-Cola Zero actually tasting like coke instead of the watered down garbage chipotle and Moe’s has turned into. Fresh as could be and you can taste the difference by a long shot. Will definitely be back for this amazing food. Thank you again.“

“Wow, this place is great! So, it’s true they are cash-only, and prices are no longer listed, as the numbers pictured in the original sign have slowly faded away. For reference, though, I ordered 6 tacos and a big ol horchata for $24. They served it with some pieces of grilled onion, 2 different homemade salsas and 3 complimentary chunks of lime. Yum!!
I tried the asada, carnitas, and pastor (pictured). And omggg these small street tacos are full! The meats are generously portioned and then topped with fresh chopped onion and cilantro. The asada and pastor each had some lovely bits of char, but the juicy carnitas really shined!
Also, I’m under the impression that the hours they have listed are up-to-date after calling to confirm. There’s a review saying something about not being able to be seated after 9 that must have been about the restaurant in the neighboring storefront- because there is no seating here.
So, overall, I’m thrilled with this experience. Easily the best taco truck I’ve been to so far, and I really look forward to coming back again! (Thank you to the chef for allowing me to take this photo)“

“I wanted to order a few times before I left a review. I think I have gotten lunch from surcheros about 4-5 times now through delivery. It is amazing every time! fresh ingredients, flavorful, the amount of food for the price is on point. I can eat the CHARGRILLED SALAD without any dressing because there's so much flavor and the dressings they have are delicious. My son and I have also had the quesadillas and burrito. All top tier, haven't been disappointed yet. My new favorite place!“

“I’m usually not a fast food person but I work down town and usually I’ll get a quesadilla. The staff is full of amazing black women I mean the customer service is really outstanding. Usually most fast food restaurants don’t have the best customer service but those ladies are beyond what i expected. Polite, friendly, order accuracy, and more. Thank you for a great experience ladies“
