The pho hit all the right flavor notes and the house chili garlic oil added warmth and heat without the sickly-sweetness of the grocery store stuff. The egg rolls deserve their own special note: they were crispy but not greasy and packed full of delicious pork. The prices seemed a little high on the front end, but were well justified by the combination of quality food, comfortable dining, and great service. Pho Le was a great stop halfway between home and Atlanta and well worth the slight detour into Taylors. If you’re local, don’t miss out: Vietnamese dining experiences like this are very rare indeed.“
