I don't understand the reason way Wendy's in Travelers Rest is so bad. We got 2 chili's(lukewarm) fries were tough and cold. Jr deluxe cheeseburger was very cold. No napkins or spoons. Wait was about 10 minutes before they took order at drive-thru. Does the owner not care about store low ratings.

This place is one of the poorest "fast food" restaurants I've ever experienced. The store itself is barely 3 years old, but it's rundown and messy. The employees seem to be worried more about their personal affairs than attending to their jobs. In addition, they seem to care more about drive-thru customers than walk-in, certainly by the condition of the dining room, and the fact that at least 2 or 3 car orders were filled before mine, as I stood waiting. The franchisee ought to be ashamed.

First time I’ve visited this place and it was a terrible experience. Came through for breakfast at 10:30 and they clearly didn’t like it. Throwing stuff around, terrible attitudes and complaining how “they always come in right at the end”. Employees were moping around. Ordered a medium meal and got a small potatoe wedge. Ordered a tea and got a Dr Pepper. I’ll make sure to avoid this place next time.

I have frequented this establishment several times. The staff is mostly very friendly however the food quality has been very poor in my opinion. My last time there was breakfast, I had to wait for the potatoes which was fine. The potatoes were perfect, my sandwich was horrible. The cheese was not melted at all and the bread was not heated or toasted at all. Previously I had a wrap which was poorly put together

Places horrible nobody answers to drive through one car in front of me waited there 10 minutes for that car to get their what did the double burger only to find out when I got home that they gave me a single burger and charging me for a double burger I stopped going there for a long time I will not go back again every time I go it's a horrible experience

Usually come here for lunch since work is close by its usually okay at best employees are rude and stuck up, the only one that's cool is the young man that's usually running the front counter and actually knows whats goin on everyone else seems to be there for just a check and today my order was completely wrong and plain as can be i probably won't be back waste of my 11 bucks

This Wendy’s has very poor management. My family came in for lunch on a Sunday, and understanding it was a busy time, patiently waited in line behind three people. After 22 minutes we finally stepped up to the register, only for the woman to leave the register, get herself a cup of water from the drive through drink dispenser, and then join the hamburger line at the back. We weren’t acknowledged or assisted for over 5 minutes, at which time we decided to leave. There has been another time we waited for over ten minutes in line just to be told they couldn’t take card that day. It’s been consistently a bad experience here, which is unfortunate. Take away: don’t go here in a hurry!
