This place is one of the poorest "fast food" restaurants I've ever experienced. The store itself is barely 3 years old, but it's rundown and messy. The employees seem to be worried more about their personal affairs than attending to their jobs. In addition, they seem to care more about drive-thru customers than walk-in, certainly by the condition of the dining room, and the fact that at least 2 or 3 car orders were filled before mine, as I stood waiting. Listen. I have decided I did not want to cook tonight, so I decided to come out to Wendy's. The young lady at the drive-thru was very polite and patient. They may have been short-handed. But I would like to thank little Ms aka Beth for taking well care of us at the drive thru. ???

Wow!!! We ordered lunch at the drive thru today. There was a line of cars and we were still served in record timing. They got the order perfect also. Someone really knows how to run a store!!!
