The food is not quality. my wifes steak was all tendon and gristle and my chicken was the size of a single chicken tender.We will not be coming here again

Was there less than an hour. This includes 10 minute wait to be seated. Appetizer was served faster than the bar could get me a beer. Food was great.

2024-03-28: Very dissatisfied with food taste and quality. The “Mac and 4 cheese” dish had no cheese, just some thin tasteless white sauce which wasn’t enough to cover the “penne”, not “macaroni” as in the name of the dish. And the chicken tenders were small and not the honey tenders advertised. The cod fish and chips had good cod, too much breading, and the fries were not good. We were greatly disappointed in the current food as Applebee’s used to be very good. Like so many successful places they apparently are cutting corners and hoping their prior good reputation will carry them.

I came into the establishment sat at the bar had a drink or two and I felt like their was no liquor in my drink. Because usually you can feel it. So I applied for applebee's as a manager. I got the position and my training started here. A few weeks into my bar training I was told that the drink limit is 2 drinks. I was also told that the night bartender will short all of her drinks of liquor. I don't know who and why she does this but then I figured it out it to get there Beer, liquor, and wine count is number one in the region. When I found out that the drink limit of drinks was only 2 I was a little confused and still are. But yet the regulars that come in can have up to 4 or 6 drinks and drive home. Not very smart. So if you want drink here and get a little buzz don't cause you WILL NOT GET ONE.

My food was awful, I went a couple of Saturdays ago for lunch and it was apparent that my noodles were made the day before and reheated, some noodles in the Chicken Alfredo we're sticking together and some were actually burned and the ribs had massive sauce on them to cover the reheat look. I ate a little and brought the rest home and decided to trash the remainder.HOW DISAPPOINTING $30.00 later plus tip...?

Food tasted stale. Waitress didn't properly explain certain things to me and my date, resulting in an overcharge. My date didn't get everything she asked for even after asking 3 times and 2 different waitresses. The hostess tried to seat us at a dirty booth with lemon wedges on the floor and other food items scattered everywhere. Didn't clean it up and sat another party at that booth. Utensils had rice in them, so they were not properly washed. The manager did discount the meal but still overall a very poor experience. I would expect this from an Applebee's in the hood but never from West Columbia.
