Spent a lot of money at this place usually when we go we spend $200 or more each time or close to it because we are a big family. Some of my family Was already at the restaurant tonight and I got there probably 13 minutes before they close and they would not let me pay to eat. Good customer service would have been allowing me to get one or two plates and go sit at the table and eat with my family, but they didn’t let me do that. Not only that they were already cleaning the buffet...
They charge an automatic tip if you have more than 6 people sitting at the same table even though you pay separately. If you have 6 people paying separate each person is auto charged a tip for bringing drinks. Other than the over charging the place is great.
