Just came & got breakfast. Food was hot & fresh but what impressed me most was the staff. I can tell they are short-staffed but the speed quality of food was not affected. So much so that I asked the young lady at the register her name so I could give her a personal shout out. Thanks Tori you are doing an excellent job & probably deserve a raise.

Bruh everytime I come here the wait is too long , like why are there 6/7 cars in the drive thru , why is my meal not being made until I get to the window , ridiculous 30 minute wait on 6 pieces of cold chicken move along .

The service was fine. The food was hot but unfortunately the biscuit was a par baked biscuit. Half baked hours ago then finish baking when needed. I know all about this method. Not fresh. The bo rounds were nice and hot. Sitting in the dining area is not peaceful as you can hear all the loud employees in the back.

Last time I went here (few months ago) there was green stuff on all the food I ordered. It was on the sausage patty, & cooked in to the hashbrowns. Both items tasted weird which prompted me to look at them carefully. Didn’t really have much of a smell to it. Haven’t eaten here since & if I ever eat at Bojangles again it will be at a different location. Saddens me bc I’d eat this location 2-3 times a week smh.

We went by many places where the lines were around the building. Came by here and there was one car. We now know why. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was very dry and tough. Lettuce was wilted, tomatoes were soft. Mayo was lacking. The fried chicken was dry as well. I could not finish the fries. The only thing decent was the Mac and cheese. Will definitely not stop at this one again.
