We stopped by Tex-Mex and had a pretty good experience (especially since they were one of the few places walking distance from the hotel to choose from at 12am). The staff was friendly and patient, answering our questions and helping us decide when we weren't sure what to order.

I have had Tex-Mex several times now and every time it is great food! I love that they will use egg as a meat substitute for me, that makes ordering from their menu much easier since I don't eat meat. I highly recommend the Baleadas!
Asked for no cilantro on my Birria Tacos but it was still good!! Hopefully next time I'll get it. But a must stop. Hopefully the remodel goes well 🙏🏾😌

Tex-Mex Columbia Express is a great place to eat. The staff is very nice and helpful. They have good food, including birria tacos, hot dogs, and all-day breakfast. The carne asada street tacos and burrito with lengua are also popular. The trio dip sampler is fun and delicious. People like the tacos, which are flavorful and crispy. The consume sauce for dipping is amazing. This is a local, family-run business with nice owners. They have a variety of tacos, including pastor, and people recommend trying a mix. The food is delicious and authentic, making it a must-visit place in Columbia.
