Drive thru, had to pull up and wait 20 mins on 2 bacon, egg & cheese biscuits. Another vehicle was waiting a long time too. Looked like 5 employees in there...not sure what the problem was. One would think 2 bacon egg & cheese biscuits worldview be that big of a deal.... I will be back though, because I know they are better than this usually

Service wasn't fast or polite I was asked to move up wasn't a problem I pulled forward and was adjusting my GPS to drive back to Charleston the lady comes out shakes a bag at me and says here in aggravated tone after taking 30 minutes to make two Cajun filet biscuits

Arrived at drive through at 5:55 am. Was told I had to leave because they didn't open until 6am! Seriously? It was only 5 minutes until they opened! When I said I would wait the 5 minutes she stated that I couldn't wait and had to leave and come back when they opened!? I told her it wasn't but a few minutes until 6 and I would just wait those few minutes until 6 again. That's when she got mad and told me that they were refusing to serve me now and I had to leave! I have never in my 47 years had to deal with such rudeness! Then she told the person behind me that he could wait and they would be right with him! Now I usually go to this Bojangles every morning! Faithfully!! This is the first time I arrived 5 minutes before they opened. Now it's the last time I will ever go there again!! I couldn't believe that she would refuse to serve me just because I was going to wait the 5 minutes until they opened then turn around and tell the person behind me that they would be right with him in a few minutes! I wasn't rude towards her and was willing to wait for them to open up to order. I don't understand why she refused my service and chose to take the person behind me. Maybe she doesn't like white women? She was a black woman and was very rude and nasty towards me so in order not to cause a scene I just left. I was totally pissed off by then and embarrassed that she would act that way towards me for no reason at all. People these days have no common courtesy towards one another anymore and it breaks my heart to see what the world is coming to. Maybe she just got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning?

I swear this location doesn't even want customers. I've been there twice. The first time, we ordered like 6 meals, and none of them had biscuits. Luckily we checked before driving away, so we told them and they were like "oh, yeah we're out of biscuits." Like you just weren't gonna tell us....? So we asked what we could get instead and they were all annoyed about giving a different side. Tried to go again today, and the lady in the drive thru said "Can you come inside please? We're doing a shift change." When I have sleeping kids in the car, no ma'am, I cannot just come inside. Just disappointing all around.

I had a wonderful drive thru experience on Thursday night. The verbal exchange was very welcoming, kind, patient and my food was hot. So many times we create reviews about bad experiences. I really had a good one and I wanted to make sure this energy got out as well. ?

Another Bojangles way across town (Cayce West Columbia) same issues. They didn't have any fries, no drinks, and only legs and thighs. I had to wait 15 minutes for that. I only went there because a coworker had Bojangles for lunch, and it smelled so good. Don't let the smell fool you. It just tastes like chicken with hot sauce on the ski. The meat was bland. I give up. I'm done with all Bojangles

Underwhelming experience. They were out of grilled chicken and tea. They took about 20 minutes to finish my food even though I was the only person in the store. They forgot my sweet potato pie and gave me the spicy chicken instead of regular. Watery soda.

I was there tonight, ordered a 2 piece leg and thigh to go with fries and dirty rice. The fries and dirty rice were great. However the bone in chicken was 50% the size of what you could get at a grocery store. The chicken was also saturated in certain spots with what appeared to be a combination of spit and grease. The cashier was excellent, she was serving customers inside the restaurant and working the drive thru at the same time. The one man working the kitchen seemed to be the issue, I suspect he spits on the chicken, like he was hired solely to exact vengeance on those who bring business to Bojangles. I sincerely hope that Area/District Managers read these reviews, the automatex response does not report the complaints to corporate.

The fried chicken was a disappointment. The meat was not juicy and full of flavor. I asked for fries but received mashed potatoes. The sweet tea is just sugar water, they were out of honey and we had to wait for 20 minutes for our meal. It’s so unfair that prices continue to go up but quality and customer service goes down.

They were out of EVERYTHING and the young lady taking orders had a terrible attitude. Manager comped some of our order to minimize the damage her employee had caused.

I waited 15 minutes in line to order, no exaggeration. I then was asked to pull forward and wait because there were no biscuits… at 8:20 in the morning. 25 minutes after arriving I finally got my food. I get off days, and maybe it’s a short staff issue. No idea. But the staff present didn’t seem to have a care in the world about anything going on.
