The Chicken Charleston was fabulous! The blonde woman who took the order was patient and kind. The woman that got my lid on my cup was oh so pleasant. Being 62, I have trouble with a lot of easy jobs in my youth, and she was friendly with a warm smile. Plenty of seats. The prices were comparable to other deli places ( Jimmy John, Subway, etc) but a whole lot better atmosphere with seating, air conditioning comfort, TV's, and salad bar. I want to go back more often. I didn't spend anything, my friend treated me for my birthday.“

I came by just after the breakfast crush and was able to place my order to go. The staff was efficient and the owner made sure my order was correct. “We went tonight and had Sarah R for our waitress. There was a sudden rush and she was still so kind to every table she served. She engaged with the little children and kept a smile on her face even though she was busy running back and forth. The Manager on duty was so friendly and in between making food was out in the lobby helping customers as well. You don’t find that in many managers anymore. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Great job, Forest Acres! It is so hard to find quality service anymore and you restored my faith in the industry! We will be back soon! :)“

Stopped into East Bay Deli on Main Street with a friend and the whole experience felt effortless — the kind you hope for but rarely get. The food was excellent: fresh, satisfying, exactly what you want when you walk through the door.

Austin took great care of us. Attentive without hovering, helpful without being asked. The kind of service that makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time.
