My husband and I were at Soda City and out of all the food trucks we passed, we decided to go sit down and spend our money with East Bay Deli. The menu had several options and I had questions. We placed a catering order for Thursday afternoon and there was an issue between ordering and delivery. Long story short, the order was never received or prepared when I showed up to pick it up. Instead of the staff (who was severely understaffed) telling me “sorry we don’t have it, bye” they rushed and busted their tails to get it done.
