Okay the frozen machine should always work. Pretzels aren't a candy bar and if you are going to sell a candy bar specialty don't act confused when a customer asks if they are king size or fun size. What you gave me was a poor man's trail mix, which looked like all the snacks a toddler ate on the couch were swept up from between the cushions and sprinkled over my drink. Again pretzels are not a candy bar. Do not get me started on how your sour dough sandwiches all...

I needed 50 gift cards and Carrie and Darius were more than happy to help me. 0ther restaurants complained that they didn't have time to mess with that kind of an order. Carrie and Darius had a great attitude and jumped right on it cheerfully. Great job guys!

There were only 2 employees working , michael and treasure when I walked in. I was very impressed at their teamwork with only 2 individuals. I also love how they fixed an issue that I had with my food. Some people can be overwhelmed but they stayed calm.
