Food was fresh, yummy and hot. Eating in? Good choice. You will find light hearted stuff on the TV. The music was very good, in fact perfect for that environment. You get to fill your drink cup as often as you desire. The menu is very impressive. - lots of healthy choices. Perfect lighting and clean dining room. I ran across a friend and 2 neighbors. What a nice day I had while eating lunch at East Bay Deli West Columbia.

Nice people, but i have to consistently wait over 10 minutes in store for delivery orders

Terrible service. Waited 30 mins for my food because they forgot to make it(wasn’t rush hour). Once I got my food I had to ask them to add salt to my fries. After getting my food, there was hair in my food. Went back, got a new order but still had to ask for them to add salt to my fries.

Best advice is to drive to the Killian location.

Food was fine… a little pricey compared to what I can make at home. My source of the one star review is that They double charged my acct when using Apple Pay. They said that if I swiped it twice it would be fine and only charge me once. I swiped again like they said and I have two charges on my acct. So this will remain a one star review until I get my money back. This is the SECOND EB location to do this to me. The bank says it takes 5-10 business days to have one of them fall off so it’s not cool I’m out $27 for two weeks and no real guarantee I’ll see my money back.

Went to lunch at this locations with a large order, everything was read back to us correctly when we got our cheesecakes one was missing. We let staff know , someone came over to our table and was extremely rude with the receipt. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude
