I placed an order on 10/18 but never received my order nor a refund. I have called countless times and tried to chat with support. My ticket has now been closed with still no resolution. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I highly would not recommend ordering from this location.
People who work there like the district manager is very ignorant she needs to be trained in customer service she actually threatened to call police when I’m outside the establishment I do not recommend anyone go there the staff especially her sucks to be continued
Make sure the person taking your order takes your name correctly. We sat over twenty minutes waiting on our food while they called for "Stacy" the whole time. The girl who took our order finally came over. Stacy & Jason sound nothing alike and nobody even offered an apology and it's not like none of them didn't know what happened. Just another example how there is no such h thing as good customer service anymore.
