My husband and I stopped by Easter evening after church. The workers friends were hanging out at the cash register and outside the back door. I got an uneasy feeling when we walked in. The lady behind these guys hanging out never got acknowledged. She waited a good 5 minutes before walking out. I can say that we will never go back. Felt more like a hangout and pick up spot than a place of business. Bad vibes all around.

This location opened up not to long ago. It's getting to be a disappointment. The quality has gone way down for the food and service. At the beginning when they opened it was fantastic. Has the McDonalds next door feeling to it.

It looked like a good place to go so we decided to go through the drive through. I was so disappointed when I got my food. The onion rings were overcooked, hard and burnt, the chicken tenders were crunchy on ithe outside and half cooked in the inside ?. The only good thing about my meal was the lemonade and the turtle sundae I ordered .I wish we had time to go to Red Lobster like we planned. I don't think I will go back.

It’s rare to see a staff work so well together. Excellent food. First time and definitely a new fan. The young man working the cash register was the highlight. He was knowledgeable, friendly and while we ate I watched him go above and way beyond, bringing drinks to guests. Helping. Smiling. He clearly cares about his job. Wonderful staff. Thank you.

So when you order a frozen HARD quart with add ins, you get several smaller containers of soft serve, a whole banana (you have to peel and cut up), and a smaller container of your other add in... I paid $10 for a custom made specialty just to get assorted items that I have to prep and assemble myself. So I call, ask for manager, Tracey. She said 'oh yeah, we are currently out of the quart containers', just non chalant and matter of fact, like it's not a problem. No apology. No concession. Nothing. Horrible customer service. I didn't get mad or yell, I just said thank you and hung up.They could have set system as 'unavailable' on the the online order. Or wrote a note on the bag explaining the mishap. Customer service is just NON EXISTENT these days. I just have to stop having same expectations as I have for myself. And stop spending money on ridiculous stuff anyways. Lesson learned.

2024-02-23: New place, I’ve never eaten at Freddy’s before anywhere, and wanted to try it. Very disappointing! I think of the old commercials “Where’s the beef?”. Thanks for the memories. I asked for, and was assured it was not a problem, a less than medium rare hamburger and instead got a hamburger with two paper-thin pieces of charred leather. The hamburger was free for downloading the app, but it wasn’t worth even that price.I can’t imagine any reason to return to Freddy’s.

We were the only people in the restaurant and waited at the front counter for about 5 minutes and no one came to help us. Also the music was extremely loud and the employees were yelling in the back.
Visited 4 times in last 6 weeks, each visit progressively worse. Tonight's order included chili cheese fries lacking chili, chili cheese dog with lacking cheese - never before had a hotdog I needed to cut with a steak knife and an order of onion rings approximately 1/4 full. There definitely won't be a fifth visit.

I would rather drive to 378 location. The staff is very friendly and never feels like we are an inconvenience. They are always personable. Charleston hwy location took me 5 minutes just to have some one take my order
