It’s rare to see a staff work so well together. Excellent food. First time and definitely a new fan. The young man working the cash register was the highlight. He was knowledgeable, friendly and while we ate I watched him go above and way beyond, bringing drinks to guests. Helping. Smiling. He clearly cares about his job. Wonderful staff. Thank you.
So when you order a frozen HARD quart with add ins, you get several smaller containers of soft serve, a whole banana (you have to peel and cut up), and a smaller container of your other add in... I paid $10 for a custom made specialty just to get assorted items that I have to prep and assemble myself. So I call, ask for manager, Tracey. This location opened up not to long ago. It's getting to be a disappointment. The quality has gone way down for the food and service. At the beginning when they opened it was fantastic. Has the McDonalds next door feeling to it.
