If you want to be completely ignored after your primary purchase this is the place for you. You can forget about making a to go order or buying a dessert, you will be ignored by the whole staff. No eye contact, no smiles, no greetings, just a unwelcoming and get out vibe.

Mmm the steaks cheese sub is wonderful, the staff are quick. They have small tables for about 6 groups. I come by everything I visit the area! I'll be back.

I literally always go to this one near my house and the service is always great. My order is ready on time and made correctly. But this time I especially want to thank the staff and manager on duty. I mobile ordered incorrectly and the manager got her team together to correct MY mistake. What felt like a crisis was handled so well and my family was able to enjoy dinner. I did not see her name tag but I thanked her so many times and I know she knew she was doing what was best for her to handle the customer situation. Thank you!
Great tasting sandwich. I had my sandwich Mike's way.
Food was fresh, tasty, and had a nice texture. Employees were incredibly nice to me along with the other customers in the store, sparking good conversation among us all. Enjoyed the brief time I spent there, plus the surrounding area has lots to do and is right next to the zoo.

As of May 2025, this is the best staff of any fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They are seriously the most friendly staff I’ve encountered and I’ve been there multiple times. These current staff members need a raise. Food is also good.
