We were seated outside. Drinks and bread never got our salads when I went in to inquire I was told our order was lost and they put it in. Never mentioned they would bring salads asap. I asked to just pay for my wine and we were leaving. I asked to talk to manager he told me mistakes happen and that we weren’t the first customer this has happened to and they were busy with to go orders. We love Deluccas- unfortunately tonight the service was so poor we would not want to return unless we knew different wait staff was there. It was not very crowded but we had to beg for service and even to get the bill just to pay. Hopefully the regular team comes back soon or helps train the new folks!
