I love KFC food. This particular location seems to have some issues with getting orders correct and in a timely manner. I made an order today to be picked up at 12:30. When I arrived at 12:35 my food was completely cold and my drink was entirely watered down.
Usually when we visit this location we experience missing items let alone cold not so fresh food! Everybody (employees) looking like they are having out of body experiences.. But tonight we had the pleasure of dealing with an amazing young guy that goes by the name of Cee he not only delivered excellent customer service he made sure our food items were fresh & HOT! Very pleasant & respectful! The only reason I’m giving this 5 star review tonight!!!
When it comes to going to KFC I don't like to go to the drive-thru, so I walked in and ordered my food. Everyone was very friendly and smiling
