I like to come with my family to share and have a good time, but unfortunately the customer service is terrible from the moment you walk in they look at you with an angry face, when they ask for your order the service is just as terrible, hey we are buying we are not ordering given away nothing 🙄

It is a place where I meet with friends and family, it is a unique place and everything is delicious.

We visited Manny’s for the first time recently after it was recommend to us. We were not at all disappointed! We are originally from California, where Mexican food is top tier ??✨ we have struggled finding places in South Carolina that fit the bill of legit AND delicious. This place is both! The atmosphere is nice and people working there are kind. We have little kiddos who needed the restroom, which was clean - the inside and out is extremely clean, you can see the effort. Would definitely recommend going if you haven’t been yet! Thank you for the service! ??

Since I moved from South Blvd Charlotte I’ve been looking for some good elotes. I got the elotes revolcado and the agua Fresca sooo good. The girl who took my order was very sweet. Nice atmosphere, very clean! Definitely recommend and will be back!

I have been going to Manny’s Shaved Ice since I was a kid, and it just so happens that my name is also Manny! The creamy and spicy shaved ice are a must have, and so are the elote in a cup.

Manny's Shaved Ice has the freshest fruit! The inside is so clean. The workers are friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. I would give them a 10 if it was an option!

The people who charge always seem to be angry with the customers, they never smile or look at you, they only say welcome to whatever manis you want and if you are a little hesitant they turn to look somewhere else instead of offering or suggesting something that you might like. The environment is always clean, which is why I continue to go shopping.

We got the strawberry boba, lime-berry and mango strawberry shaved ice, all of which were good, the only thing I have to say that's even remotely negative is that it was very sweet. Sweetness isn't normally a problem and it wasn't an awful experience. It was really enjoyable. That's just the one minor downside we had when it came to the shaved ice syrup itself. Again it wasn't bad and I recommend this place while heatedly.
