It was a very intimate show and the atmosphere was great. The show was awesome and we had a great experience. Plenty of free or meter parking around (meter parking us also free after a certain time). Would love to come back here again soon.
Dropped into New Brookland Tavern out in Five Points, and let me tell ya—this place is exactly what it's supposed to be: gritty, live, and raw. These cats run shows 365 days a year, from Emo Nights to local bands to touring acts—and they ain't playin' around.

New Brookland Tavern was alright. Their music is hit-or-miss and the bar is mediocre at best - I was not impressed with their selection of beers or cocktails. They do have a pretty cool alleyway where you can stop and chat with other patrons. Overall, it's an average bar and venue.
