Good food

I had fish and fries, it was good. I'm gonna go back and try more things on the menu

It’s really disappointing. One night I came here and ordered food for my entire family. After driving 15 minutes home, I realized they had left the shrimp out of my seafood combo. I wasn’t about to drive all the way back. I called them, and the person I spoke with was polite, apologized, and said they’d write my name down for a replacement.

Fast forward to today — I went back in, ready to give them another chance and even planned to buy more food along with the missing shrimp. But the woman there told me no names were written down. Even though it was their mistake, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about.

That’s not how you treat customers, especially when they’re willing to give you another shot. They’ve lost my business, and I’ll be letting others know about the poor way this was handled.

It was my first time here, and everything was good and fresh. The fish, pasta, and fries were good. My husband and cousin had chicken, which they liked but they were big.

When I get in the mood for gizzards, I have to run to Nicks, good deal on shrimp, wings are good. I've never had a bad experience

So glad I found this place. My wife eat here in e a week. The Gyros are amazing. The wings are always crispy. My son gets the Philly. Good is always cooked to order and fast. Service is friendly and fast. Burgers are good too. Wife had shrimp tonight and she said it was amazing. Honestly I'm full and already looking forward to my next visit.

The wings are always FRIED HARD!! The shrimp is FRIED HARD and they always get my order wrong every time!!! Tomato’s and lettuce don’t go in a Philly cheesesteak!!!

Got a Philly meal from here and turns out that the bread on my sandwich had a some mold on it. Very unappetizing; luckily I seen it and didn't just start digging in right away.

Firstly, I believe your drive-thru speaker needs repair. It hasn’t been very clear during my last few visits. On previous occasions, there was an older lady taking my order, and despite the poor speaker quality, she was very patient and kind, repeating my order until I had clarity and helping with any questions I had. Her customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated her efforts.

However, on my most recent visit, a different lady was taking orders, and not only was her voice quite low, but combined with the faulty speaker, it made understanding the order very difficult. When I pulled up to the window, she left, and a different gentleman assisted me. Unfortunately, he was quite rude and dismissive, acting as though I was causing a problem by asking for clarification. He even resorted to nodding and face-palming in frustration when I asked him to repeat something due to the communication issue.

I hope that these concerns can be addressed, especially the speaker issue and the behavior of the staff, to ensure a better experience for all customers. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.
