I have always had a good meal from Popeyes except for today. My chicken sandwich was so dry and overcooked it was hard. I tried a couple of bites but gave up. No telling how long that piece of chicken had been laying around. Could have been left over from the night before. I kept the sandwich I paid $6.53 for incase I get sick. I would have returned it if the traffic had not been so bad.

This is a semi regular stop for us when traveling to Columbia from Lexington. Not very busy this afternoon, we were immediately greeted. Order taken, 2 hot sandwiches within a few minutes. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich is hard to beat. Just enough heat on a generous piece of bird.
