First time visitor, will not be the last. In town for the day, brother in law, a bbq judge, suggested True saying it’s the best hash he’s ever had. Have resisted hash my entire life, but tried it due to his recommendation. Wow, it was good, collards/Mac n cheese were good and the chopped pork was great, as it doesn’t need sauce, great flavor right off the smoker. Got a chopped BBQ Plate with hash and rice with collars and mac n cheese. 💪 Mr Milton was nice as can be and talked to me about the different meats and sauces.
