Went through the drive-thru, ordered two chicken wrap combos. Really slow serving each car ahead of me, had several cars pulled up, waiting for their order. Paid and got drinks and was asked to pull up to wait. Sat for 10 minutes, then went inside to see what's going on, when I inquired about my order it was sitting on the counter at the drive-thru window. One of the four guys standing there handed it to me and I left. Never did get straws or napkins and when I got home the wraps were pretty sorry. Looked like mostly wrapper to me.

The managers argued over Spoiled lettuce. The argument was loud and obnoxious! They continued to sell and serve the spoiled lettuce to customers in the drive threw. The young lady who took my order, she opened the wrapper of my already prepared burger, and used her fingers / gloves that she was using to clean, scour through my sandwich and then rewrapped it all while I was looking at her. Filthy, disgusting! Plus I was overcharged for my food. The menue board states that a Biggie bag double stack is $5.00, I was charged $6.54. I attached pictures of the reciept and menue board on Google reviews. The arguing and serving of soiled lettuce was a heartbreaker!

Salad seemed a little old-soft lettuce and old taste.Service was slowest I've ever had almost anywhere- 20 min with only two individuals ordering in front of us. . One employee had tear drop tattoos under eye. Two prepaying food were shaking and had missing teeth. One customer was in only a bra and not a sports bra, hockey underwear band showing as well as 4" of underwear and sitting on floor in order area. Male companion had on dirty clothing and missing teeth. A couple of customers walked in and within a minute walked out. You form your own conclusion.

Got 2 meals, not busy at all in the lobby or drive through, ended up taking 25 minutes to get. Workers were rude and barely working. Worst Wendys i’ve ever been to, if you’re going to go to work anyway might as well actually work when you’re there. Food sat READY and everyone that ordered before and after us got their food. Ended up just getting a refund and leaving.

This Wendy's is a hit or miss. When it's good it's good service, food, etc but when it's bad it's bad! The service used to be good not sure what happened. Went to stop for breakfast the other day around 10am door was locked in spite of the sign on the door clearly stating the dining room opens at 9am!

Everytime I come here it's the same older lady at the drive through window and she always has the absolute WORST attitude. She's so incredibly rude to me EVERY SINGLE TIME I go. You can tell she completely hates her job. Someone like that SHOULD NOT be in customer service. She makes customers feel like such an inconvenience. I ended up leaving without my food because of her nasty attitude. Will not be back.
