“The staff are always incredibly nice and go out of their way to give us a great experience. The food is hot and delicious. They even brought my toddler's meal out early so he could eat sooner. We also saw the manager outside sweeping the parking lot for loose trash. Great servant leadership and role model for his employees.Kid-friendliness: The Mac n Cheese meal is better than any Mac n cheese I've ever had. My son inhaled it.“
“The manager Wendell has a fantastic staff. My mom, and I had lunch there today, and got our go to Chicken Fresco bowl. Reagan took our order, and was extremely helpful with everything that we got especially her kindness. I was very pleased with her service with a smile. I also got a takeout order for my husband this time Justin S. took my order. He was very well mannered, and polite as was Reagan. I didn’t exactly know what to get my husband so I’d picked something out, but was unsure if my husband would even like it. Justin S. took his time with me to help, and helped me to decide on something he’d like. I even asked him his favorite dish, and went what he suggested. I admire people that work with the public that actually know how to joke with you, and laugh with you. I absolutely love Tropical Grille for this reason among others, and have no intentions of finding another restaurant in the future. As I told them today I never knew that they were there until I was leaving another store one day, and the rest is history. Every time I’ve been there the staff has always been extremely nice, and helpful in any way possible. They make you feel like family! In the future to anyone reading this PLEASE stop by, and grab something to eat. Experience the friendly atmosphere that my mom, and I do. Btw, they’re on Sunset Drive across from Publix. I’m sure they’d turn the tv on to accommodate a toddler that wasn’t having a good day. They have booster seats, and I imagine high chairs. They also have a kids menu ranging from fries to chicken tenders. Some kids may even enjoy their chicken that comes in a bowl.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot naturally has wheelchair accessibility . The dining area is very open to people that are handicap, and the restroom is also very spacious with grab bars if needed.“
“The food at EBD was so good! Excellent the red velvet cake that had a really cheesecake baked around the red velvet cake as the frosting. This cake kinda reminded me of the Cheesecake Factory ones and they were just as big. The only thing I didn't like was the price of the food and drinks. The red velvet cake was like $9 and the sandwich and fries without a drink was $13, with a soda it would have been an extra $4. I could have went to Food Lion and got 12 cans of soda for that price. I will not eat here again.“

It feels more like a home than a restaurant with the staff as a family that tends to your dietary needs. The owner Emmi went out of her way to prepare the nachos I ordered vegetarian style for me and the greek spinach wrap was incredible.
