Good salad
I went through the drive thru , serenity was very nice! Actually the nicest encounter I’ve had at a fast food place before. my food was hot and correct. good job guys.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings serves great food that is hot, but the service can be slower than other fast food. The drive thru is not a drive thru; customers place an order, then pull up and park in the parking lot and have food brought to them after a 5 minute wait. The wings were overcooked one time, but normally they are excellent. The salads are all good but a little pricey. The food is great, and the service can be wonderful with extremely helpful and kind staff members who show professionalism and patience.
