Highly recommend the brisket breakfast bowl. The salsa verde is super flavorful without being too spicy.
We had Billy Q’s breakfast truck out to HTR Black Hills Resort and they were a huge hit!! All of my staff and guests raved about how good it was and the portions were huge! They were prompt and efficient and we look forward to having them back. If you see them around town, be sure to stop as you won’t be disappointed.
Stopped for my Americano coffee at Black Hills Blend and Billy Q’s food truck was in the lot! What a find! Had the sausage, egg and hash browns burrito and it was AMAZING! It was HUGE, freshly made, and full of yummy ingredients!
