“We went ice skating this afternoon. We went back and forth for ice cream and there was one young lady working by herself. She was working her butt off and was very polite and stayed cool under pressure running between the front and the outside window. Oh and our ice cream was awesome! It was my first time trying afagato.“

“Where you going to find a Great American barley wine in the Midwest? It's not often you find a craft brewery that doesn't only appeal to the lowest common denominator out here in the middle of the country, but Zymurcracy consistently puts out excellent and diverse beers. They don't push degenerate stuff like most of the breweries around here do and I've never been disappointed with anything I've had over the years. The staff is also personable and the prices are what you would expect from a microbrewery; I just don't have anything negative to say about them.“

“5-Star Beer and burger pairing. Hay Camp has solid line of beers-sours-gluten free options and seating. They do fill up in summer months, so judge your timing. Pin ball and friendly staff makes it a good place to be. Grabbed food from Dakota Meat Company. Had a 2-Pattie wagu bacon-cheese burger with fries for $18+tax+tip and brought it to Hay Camp Brewery. Fabulous.“

“Super friendly staff...from owner to server and beyond. So freakin' nice. Amazing dishes...we couldn't try them all, but what we had was fresh, well prepared and super tasty. And I dont mean that the dishes were just good...they were GREAT!!! Romaine Wedge Salad...Brussel Sprouts...Bison Sliders...Crab Cakes. Ji5st delicious. And add to that how commited they are to local and sustainable ingredients. Got my business forever!“

“Come here often so I figured I’d leave a review. Always so friendly, drinks are good priced, they have kid drinks as well! So many different flavors, energy is always my favorite, coffee never has a burnt taste either. Always a go-to for me for drinks. 10/10 for sure!“

“I reserve 4 and 5 star ratings for special occasions. This place was exactly what I was looking for, short of space to dance and an atmosphere that encourages conversation. The bartenders had a hell of a night and still managed to be on top of everyone's orders. There was a solid amount of people in there with a steady trickle throughout the night. I will be returning to this location.“

“Great place and Radwan our server was so awesome. Helped us on the menu and drinks and was very pleasant. Stopped in on our vacation because the menu looked good. Beers were great especially the mango brew. Had the giant pretzel which was tasty and the the spicy pasta and steak cooked perfectly. Great stop!“

“We had Billy Q’s breakfast truck out to HTR Black Hills Resort and they were a huge hit!! All of my staff and guests raved about how good it was and the portions were huge! They were prompt and efficient and we look forward to having them back. If you see them around town, be sure to stop as you won’t be disappointed.“
