However I was uncomfortable when I opened the door to the first thing the drive says to me is did I leave him a tip? I said yes. He continued by saying well he didn't have the slip for proof. I became threatened and gave him 5 more dollars as it felt uncomfortable. I will not be ordering there 😒 anymore.”

“OTR Driver.If you are looking for Arctic Ice Co for pickup - this is it. The place looked kind of abandoned when I got there - but there was a guy inside who loaded me within 30 minutes. Be careful with the weight though, turns out ice is heavy - I did ask him to load me (Single-Double-Single) pattern and that saved me. Went to Loves nearby and was around 33.800 on Drives. Just try to make the nose of the trailer light is my point.”

“Pizza hut delivery to loves truck stop was successful. Food is fresh and looks as pictured. Despite negative reviews I gave it a shot. I ordered on a weekend later in the evening 5pm ish. Weekdays and earlier I can not review. But if you order weekend 5pm or later seems legit. Thank you.”

“My family and I lived in Rapid City between 2001 and 2013, and during this time, we got to play at every golf course that the city has to offer, to include the ones outside of town. Prairie Ridge Golf Course will always be special for us because we've golfed here so many times with friends and co-workers.The one thing that was frustrating throughout my time playing here is I've always heard rumors from the base that they were going to add on a second 9-hole course, but obviously nothing was executed and it was just all lip service. If the course added another 9-hole course, then I would definitely fly back to try it out.I know it's been a while since my last visit and some of the folks who worked here may not be around anymore, but the staff were always phenomenal. I recall the cost to play here was very reasonable, to include the annual memberships for both green fees and USGA GHIN handicap service. Like I mentioned before, I'm not sure what service is available to the public these days since it's been a while for me golfing here, I just know the over experience is great. Thanks for all the memories.”

“Dean is amazing- polite- and always a joy when working…. When Dean is not working, much less enthusiastic employees. Dean always ensures our order is correct before handing it out the window as well as repeats the order at the window. Tonight, for the second time, we were surprised to see our curly fries that we ordered, topping straight fries that we didn’t order, to fill the container. We sure would have waited for fresh fries to get what we ordered… Be a Dean… give the customer what they ordered after verifying the order twice. P.S. no one is fooled by the curly fries on top of the old straight fries you should have tossed a long time ago. P.S.S. Can Dean start training your new hires on Drive Thru please?”

Contrary to some of the reviews, everything was great — the food was fresh and hot, service was quick, and the place was clean.
The staff were friendly and polite, which made the visit even better.
The dining area was tidy, and my order was perfect.
Overall, a really good experience — I’d definitely stop here again!”

“Went here with my SHY, CONSERVATIVE husband. He’s a typical cowboy and prefers regular black coffee. Says this coffee is great! Not the typical “burnt sludge” you get when asking for a regular coffee. I grabbed a chai and the gal was very pleasant and a “girl’s girl” type😊. Also, gave a decent military discount! Nothing at all to feel “uncomfortable” about, it’s just coffee folks, with some pretty ladies included. Thanks for the good wake up cup! Moving across the country over the next several months. Will DEFINITELY be using this as one of our coffee stops.♥️”

“The customer service was amazing! I emailed this location asking for a special touch to my order because I was having them delivered to my family with a surprise message. Abby emailed me back so quickly and was happy to help me! She wrote exactly what I wanted on the box and even emailed me a picture so I could see what it looked like before it got delivered. I bake a lot and am honestly not *that* impressed by Crumbl cookies usually, but the customer service at this location has made me a big fan :)”

“Everytime I've came to this place I have a great experience. Today was my birthday and even though I did not ride the saddle. The waitress made it a great day with her bright service and the birthday ice cream. Food was cooked perfectly even I got to full to finish and not once felt judge for dinning by myself. Thank you!”

“Had a craving for Thai and stopped in. Tom Kha coconut soup hit the spot. Comes with a side of rice, making an excellent combo. Pad Thai was a bit strongly seasoned, but still delicious. Crispy tofu was tasty. Would definitely return!!”

“Service was great from the hostess to servers. The two others with me had steaks, good flavor but prefer a thicker cut instead of thin cut that looks bigger. Had the salmon and it was very good. One had the brussel sprouts that had maybe 3 slices and the rest was burnt, loose leaves. Manager blamed it on the supplier, if that is the issue then remove it from menu, there were at least two other items not available.”
