Dean is amazing- polite- and always a joy when working…. When Dean is not working, much less enthusiastic employees. Dean always ensures our order is correct before handing it out the window as well as repeats the order at the window. Tonight, for the second time, we were surprised to see our curly fries that we ordered, topping straight fries that we didn’t order, to fill the container. We sure would have waited for fresh fries to get what we ordered…

I had a disappointing experience at this Hardee’s. The food was average at best and didn’t taste as fresh as expected. The service was slow, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive or welcoming. The dining area could have been cleaner, with several tables needing attention during my visit. Don't get the tenders if you are hungry. As long and thick as a thumb. Did taste good though.
