Dean is amazing- polite- and always a joy when working…. When Dean is not working, much less enthusiastic employees. Dean always ensures our order is correct before handing it out the window as well as repeats the order at the window. Tonight, for the second time, we were surprised to see our curly fries that we ordered, topping straight fries that we didn’t order, to fill the container. We sure would have waited for fresh fries to get what we ordered…

Been a while since I’ve seen a Hardee’s. We saw two up the road and the reviews were horrible so we chose to come to the Loves for gas and get our favorite biscuits and gravy from Hardee’s.
Brennan was our cashier and he was friendly and helpful. He seemed to be doing various things there and was on top of his game. We appreciate a good employee like him and wanted to give him a high five 🙌
