“I ordered through my app and pulled up and waited and waited they asked for my order number I shared and they said my order had gone to a different store in Rapid City.. he said no problem and made our order!!! The store is so clean and they are all so friendly.. I know it was the app because I also ordered with my points some free fries and they brought it to me this was before the other order confusion.. thank you guys for helping me make sure mt kdis didn't have to wait another oh 20 minutes to get to that store. I'm sure if this had happened at say E. North St. McDonald's they would have waved me off to go to the other store..“
“Everything was what you'd expect from a 5 Guys Burgers and Fries. Dining area was clean, well lit, and free from foul odors. Food was fine minus the missing cheese on my vegetable sandwich. The staff was the real star. Everyone I encountered was very polite and very willing to help. Overall a better than decent experience for sure.Vegetarian options: Only one real option.“

“Jan 2024 Good food and mostly satisfied until our sandwich was made wrong. Ordered two double sandwiches but ended one single and one double. After bringing it up to their attention the mistake, a few minutes later, they served us a single patty (without cheese) for me to just add it on. Feels unprofessional service correcting their mistake. In the end, we just added the patty to a double making it look like we had a special Culver's triple sandwich“

“Atmosphere is a bit underwhelming. Clean and simple sub shop without frills. Service is a little bottlenecked by having the person taking orders also cutting meat and bread to order but everyone worked at a good pace, spent less than 5 minutes in line with maybe another 5 in cook time since I had a hot dish. The food was absolutely delicious, though! Had the Big Kahuna (chicken). Peppers, mushrooms, onions, and jalapeños on the griddle with shredded chicken and some this really melty white American cheese that blends in and is sooo good but I wish jalapeños were much, much hotter. Sortve typical of a deli, they had a bit of pepper flavor but not even a hint of spiceVegetarian options: There are only a few vegetarian options (though that doesn't bother me) but they looked very tasty. Guy at the register was professional and took care of me as soon as he could. I checked my pizzas before I left, they were correct, and tasted great. Will definitely come back. Some people may complain about pricing, but that's just a Pizza Hut pricing thing in general, and not a reflection of this location. It was very convenient too.“
