“Brandon, SD GM and team - I came to your store tonight initially annoyed because my delivery order was super late. I was helped by someone and then the GM came over and asked if I had been helped. I watched the GM interact with her team and her team interact with her as they righted my order. I will take late pizza again anytime knowing the respect, the courtesy and the attitude that the GM was showing to her team. How a leader treats their employees means way more to me than the 30+ minutes I waited for my food tonight!“

When I was here 2 years ago, I wasn't the most impressed, my experience was turned around so fast! If something isn't right, they are willing to take the time to help you make it right! “Service here can be slow at times.... Sometimes ridiculously slow. I understand that they are short staffed (like everywhere) and that is what accounts for it I'm sure. That being said, I usually order ahead on the mobile app and pick it up through the drive through. The food is always good and hot and the ice cream is not melty. All around good experience considering what is going on in the fast food industry these days.“

“I don’t know what happened with everyone else, but my experience was great. I ordered my food which was two burgers, which somehow amounted to $10 and something cents (hence the 1 star off) the service was great I got my food less than 2 minutes after ordering and they said have a great day with a legitimate smile. There was a piece of trash and some spilled drink on the floor, but other than the small mistake and pricing everything was great.“

“We flew into Sioux Falls from Phoenix to visit family in MN. We stopped at Qdoba and my daughter left her stuffed animal in the restaurant. We were already in MN by the time we figured it out. I called the store and they were so reassuring about hanging on to the stuffed animal until we were able to get it. The food is great and all but this experience was truly one of a kind. Happy to say we have the stuffed animal now!“
