“I just went through the drive thru for some lunch. The gentlemen that took our order and handed us our food was very kind, welcoming, fast, and efficient. “The team they had working today around 2:50 PM was excellent. I ordered through the app and arrived several minutes early to pickup my order, and it was already almost done. The lady I spoke to was super friendly and they had my food out super fast! My food stayed warm on the drive home, as they closed up the bag super nice, and my chocolate shake I ordered was thick and really good. It's been several years since I've gone to Arbys, but I'll definitely be back. Some of the best service I've had from a fast food place in a long time. 5 stars!“

“Food was very good. Had 4 people working but still took over 25 min waiting for carry out and watched a couple people walk in and wait at cash register for 3 to 4 min and leave cause no one was at register. Very clean and food was good, but just a little slow“

“Hard to say yes. Food is great but the service... my order almost fell off the counter after we paid because of the way it was “pushed” across the counter. Also if your not changing your gloves while cleaning out the steam table and your rag is visually dirty and greasy, it’s not clean. #DoBetter Take a deep breath and try again.“

“As a delivery driver, I don't have a lot of time to stop to get food. But since Chick-fil-A was at the same stop as my delivery, I decided to get food there. I usually order small foods so I can eat quickly, and almost immediately after I ordered, my food was ready to go. And the people were pretty damn good too. Very friendly staff“

“I was at Jimmy Johns yesterday. We ordered 2 of the Vito sandwiches with all the freebies,(mayo,mustard, etc included) and only 2 hot peppers per sandwich. We can do spicy but not that spicy. The guy/gal at the window wasn’t very friendly when we requested our sandwiches be cut in half. So down the road we went only to find they didn’t cut them in half, they loaded both sandwiches with hot peppers, didn’t put any of the sauces or dressing on and I’m pretty sure I’ve never seen turkey on a Vito! Disappointed.“

“I’m an door dasher so I went to go pick up an DoorDash at this location and usually at other locations they pay no mind to me at all ;no hey or how’s your day but the sweet lady at the front counter did the exact opposite I believe her name was Mary; she was so nice and welcoming and had made small talk with me she was working very hard to get my orders while also helping out other customers. Thank you Mary for making my experience a great one!!!“

“I have not stopped at this location before as I normally just grab my groceries and get going as I have an hour drive home, but I decided to stop today, which I'm glad I did! Both a guy and gal were working but were working on making bread. They were out of my favorite, but that's ok as i enjoy wheat too. I primarily got the guy and he had some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Both workers are wonderful assets to this location. I will definitely be stopping more.“
