Firehouse Subs Calla Center offers fast food sandwiches with a quick service, despite some inconsistencies in sandwich sizes. The restaurant features a drink machine with many options and a unique ambiance with firefighter gear on display. While the music can be loud, there is ample seating and parking, and they cater to dietary restrictions with gluten-free options. The hook and ladder sandwich is a delicious favorite, and the service is often friendly and fast. Some customers enjoy the convenience of ordering on the app for quick carry-out, while others appreciate the gluten-free bun option for dietary needs. Though most find the food tasty, there have been occasional issues with staff and combo orders. The location is convenient to the highway, making it a good spot for a fast and tasty lunch.
