Got the ham and cheese for the first time. Very disappointed. No cheese, and very little ham which didn't cover the bun and a dab of mayo! My sons big hatdees had little mayo. The 1 good bite of ham was flavorful.
New "Royal" crispy chicken sandwich is not good. Same bitter after taste problem they always have with deep fried filleted chicken sandwiches. Tasted bitter and over cooked. Stick with the classic chicken sandwich. There's something different about the cooking methods between the two.

Recently, this restaurant has been a bit under half capacity, which might be translating into quite-fast order times. (been doing mostly online orders at of late)The senior staff appear to have experience, and I’ve witnessed them and others be at least modestly-accommodating, if not more.And in general about Burger King restaurants, their fries are larger (but not much thicker) than their popular counterpart McDonalds.
