There were 7 of us in our party. One got the pulled beef sandwich. She said it tasted weird, so 3 of us also tasted the beef and it tasted like plastic. Took it to the counter to complain and the person at the register Told the person in back( manager) and that person was rude and said there’s nothing wrong with it. They did finally let us get a different sandwich.

I always love Culver’s however this time when inquiring about the pricing difference between purchasing a basket, versus a side and a burger, the employee rudely said “do you want a drink or not” I said no and she just said “ok.” Not very welcoming but also not the biggest deal. The other two employees we talked to however were very kind.
