“We all know that we can get coffee almost any place. What makes me a returning customer is always excellent customer service. The Caribou Coffee at the Travel Truck Stop at the I-29 Vermillion exit has the best customer service on a daily basis of anyplace I know. It always starts with the manager. Here it starts with the manager Gail. (sp?). Excellent. Very friendly. Always a smile. Never acts like she’s too busy to make you feel valued as a customer. She’s great. It flows thru Kayla seemingly naturally. Both great personalities. Great smiles. Wonderful service. I hope Caribou values these employees. I’m sure any establishment would steal them both in a heart beat. They always make my day better and i’m truly grateful for that. Thank you very very much.“

They always do great here and happily correct any drink mistakes which are rare to none and sometimes have been MY fault.
