“First time getting our local Starbucks and it did not disappoint! Fast and exactly what I ordered. Grande pumpkin frap with an extra shot and a bacon, gouda, egg sandwich. DELICIOUS!Shout out to Dawson and Katie for being super friendly and helpful!“
“We had chai (tea) latte and white chocolate mocca. Chai is a great alternative if you don't drink caffeine. I could taste spices like cardamom and some hint of cinnamon.Mocca is a bit too sweet, so if you don't like a lot of sweet and still want to try mocca, get a 16 ounce cup!“

“Edit: Monica, the manager, made the situation right almost immediately! From 1to 5 stars. She explained the soup was an anomaly as the soup I received was served different than normal.food is normally good but they forgot a component of my dish. i called and she said “must be difference of chefs” and then asked “anything else”. i feel customer service could’ve been better. Also i am normally a fan of their soups but the chicken “roodle” soup tastes like nothing.“

“Quick and friendly service. Our drinks were perfect and they even ground our coffee beans right away with no waiting. I love all the new cup choices! It is so hard to choose! Bathroom was clean. Manager was smiling and helpful. Great location.“

“We all know that we can get coffee almost any place. What makes me a returning customer is always excellent customer service. The Caribou Coffee at the Travel Truck Stop at the I-29 Vermillion exit has the best customer service on a daily basis of anyplace I know. It always starts with the manager. Here it starts with the manager Gail. (sp?). Excellent. Very friendly. Always a smile. Never acts like she’s too busy to make you feel valued as a customer. She’s great. It flows thru Kayla seemingly naturally. Both great personalities. Great smiles. Wonderful service. I hope Caribou values these employees. I’m sure any establishment would steal them both in a heart beat. They always make my day better and i’m truly grateful for that. Thank you very very much.“
