“Dean is amazing- polite- and always a joy when working…. When Dean is not working, much less enthusiastic employees. Dean always ensures our order is correct before handing it out the window as well as repeats the order at the window. Tonight, for the second time, we were surprised to see our curly fries that we ordered, topping straight fries that we didn’t order, to fill the container. We sure would have waited for fresh fries to get what we ordered… Be a Dean… give the customer what they ordered after verifying the order twice. P.S. no one is fooled by the curly fries on top of the old straight fries you should have tossed a long time ago. P.S.S. Can Dean start training your new hires on Drive Thru please?“
“It has literally been years since I've had a good experience at McDonald's. In fact, the expectation is for it to be sub-par. So, I was very surprised and pleased when I was treated with respect, and a smile by the staff at this location. Everyone was courteous, fulfilled the order correctly and even told us to "have a great day!". Not sure what they're doing here but they're doing it better than everywhere else.“
