We found this place based on Yelp reviews. We were craving a solid meal while traveling and exploring National Parks. This is definitely a no frills sandwich shop, but the family run deli was spot on and just what we wanted for a really good meal. It took a few minutes to find a table to sit (as it was pretty packed), but you can easily take meals to go or sit on the street somewhere. Customer service was great, and the mom-son combo definitely made a great homemade sandwich!
Amazing NY-style deli in Custer! This family-owned establishment gave us a taste of the east coast all the way in South Dakota! The owners were awesome to chat with and the owner making our sandwich even sliced all the meats per order!
Awesome family run small business! Tried almost everything on the menu throughout multiple weeks and the food and taste were consistent and amazing. If you’re looking for a small sandwich spot that has true Eastcoast flavor don’t overlook this great little spot!
