Unfortunately their beans have lard so not for vegetarians. However the waitress suggested a veggie burrito without beans and it was good. Wish they could have vegetarian friendly options and some vegan chocies too.
Been there the last two days vacationing from Eastern Iowa. We really enjoyed our meals at Maria's. the best part was they were able to put together an off menu plate for me which consisted of three of their absolutely delicious homemade corn tortillas filled with fresh grilled vegetables, and rice and beans and salsa. as part of the plate.
